Total Technics currently holds several contracts with the nation's largest Transportation companies. Some of our customers having over 5,000 vehicles within their fleets. Total Technics continues to work with several of the industry leading engineers concerning transportation, meeting all DOT certifications and requirements. Total Technics is known for creating better than OEM Products. Mr. Noble is highly sought after throughout the industry to convert Stainless Steel Doors into lighter weight carbon panels, while meeting all fit and function requirements. Over the years Total Technics has engineered several industry standard hardware products for transportation, as well as the redesigning of several doors for aerodynamics. Total Technics has saved companies millions of dollars with our cost saving solutions. Total Technics has been awarded many refurbishment programs resulting in complete body replacement. These programs demand thousands of parts within months and the parts are required to fit with minimal adjustments, with the added fact these vehicles are over 10 years old with major body and frame work needed, installing new parts can be a challenge. Jess Noble has always had a passion for motorcycles. He believes with his capabilities, combined with his knowledge of composites as a whole, he can make an impact within the motorcycle industry with custom motorcycle parts. Jess Noble established Certified in 2013. Certified began purchasing all of the industry leading components to evaluate overall quality. Certified wanted to see what types of materials were being used, Resins, Gel-Coats, Glass, Catalyst, Etc. Also Certified wanted to determine the level of Tooling/Molds that were being used. Splash Molds, Molds without Flanges, Match Metal Molds, Etc. Then Certified evaluated the processes being used to produce the parts. Chopping, Hand laying, Prepreg, Infusion, Etc. Lastly Quality control. The most important step to any company when producing parts. Certified definitely sees an advantage based on our capabilities, and experience with mass part production. We will be consistently producing new designs as our customers will come to expect monthly. We will offer the latest resins and composite makeups to our customers at a cost effective price.
